We picked up Grandma Jane aka Mimi, Honey, Grandma (no decision yet on the official Grandma name). After several days getting to know Gainesville, we decided to venture out....we took a road trip to Helen despite D2's declaration "I hate Helen". Well, D2 was right - Helen is just terrible - basically a knock off, tourist trap version of a Bavarian City - who really needs to see a Days Inn, Bavarian style. Not to mention the bumper to bumper traffic. Yuck. After a quick stop at Bavarian Wendy's, we drove a little farther to Anny Ruby Falls where we found bumper to bumper PEOPLE - who knew a waterfall could be so popular. After a bit of a hike, we got to the falls. Just beautiful. 
Though it was a bit distracting watching people climb up the falls despite warning signs everywhere saying "people have died on these falls - don't climb."
